Refund Policy

To allow adequate time to prepare for class sessions, for teacher and students, we ask that you register at least 2 weeks prior to the class session start date. Your space in class will be. confirmed following payment received. Each LIVE class session has a minimum, and maximum, number of students and may fill, or be cancelled, prior to your payment, so please register right away.

If the LIVE class minimum number of students, 5, is not met, you will be notified, and your class fees refunded, at least 1 week prior to the class start date. There are NO REFUNDS for classes signed up for but not attended. Students who are no longer able to attend their scheduled session will receive a credit which can be used towards a future class ONLY if student or parent notifies us in writing no later than 1 week prior to the start of the class session. No shows will forfeit class.

Within 48 hours of registration, you will be emailed a list of supplies needed for the class session. All supplies should be purchased prior to the start of class.

Students should have their sewing machine with all of the appropriate parts (including the instruction manual, foot control and power cord). Students in all classes except Beginner Basics Bootcamp should be familiar with the basic operation (i.e. winding a bobbin and threading the machine) of their machine for classes, and the machine must be in good working condition.

Please be considerate of others and be prepared to start class on time. Classes begin and end promptly at the scheduled time.
