The Kids Beginner Sewing Bootcamp is a self-paced, pre-recorded sewing course designed to introduce children to sewing in a fun, structured, and confidence-building way — all from home.

This beginner-friendly sewing course walks young sewists step by step through sewing machine basics, safety, fabric handling, and simple construction techniques while completing real, usable projects they’ll be proud of.

 

 

What Your Child Will Learn

In this 6-session self-paced kids sewing bootcamp, students will be introduced to the art of sewing, starting with:

• Sewing machine parts, functions, and safety
• Basic sewing terminology (explained in a kid-friendly way)
• Measuring and cutting fabric
• Sewing straight lines and beginner stitches
• Following step-by-step instructions to complete projects

 

By the end of the course, students will complete the bootcamp as more confident, capable sewists with strong foundational skills.
